My wrist bones are really thin, and it's starting to worry me. Is there any medicine I could take to make them thicker, or any method that could help? Id really appreciate some advice on this.

I've been dealing with pain on the entire left side of my body from head to toe for the past 3 years. It starts at my neck, goes through my shoulder, arm, hand joints, lower back, hip, leg, and foot. The worst pain hits my shoulder joint at the back and lower back, but its only on my left side. An orthopaedic suggested I try vitamin D and B12 supplements, which I did, but they didnt help. Some days, the pain is so bad I cant even do any work, and other days its just a bit less. Im really concerned because I havent met anyone with the same issue. Could you tell me what kind of doctor I should see and what this might be? I'm really worried about whats going on.
