For treating phimosis without surgery, several options are available, including topical steroid creams, gentle stretching exercises, and balloon dilation. It's important to consult with a doctor or urologist to determine the best course of treatment for your specific situation

View allI'm really worried about some nerve damage in my penis that's happened because of too much masturbation in the past. Is there a way to heal it naturally through exercises and diet without using medicine? What steps should I take, and what should I focus on for recovery?
While it is important to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan, you can try incorporating foods rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals into your diet to support nerve health. Foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins can be beneficial. Additionally, regular exercise, such as pelvic floor exercises (Kegels), yoga, and cardiovascular workouts, can help improve blood flow and nerve function in the pelvic area. It is also important to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including getting enough sleep, managing stress, and avoiding alcohol and tobacco.

What are the chances that sperm could survive under my fingernail? I ended up with sperm on my fingers, and after four hours of washing my hands with medium hot water, I inserted my fingers deeply into my girlfriend's vagina. I'm concerned about the possibility of her getting pregnant. I read somewhere that sperm might live in warm places, and I'm wondering if the area under fingernails could be considered warm enough. What should I do?
No need to worry they woul have washed out and there is no risk of pregnancy in your case

I'm really worried about something that's been happening the last few weeks. Whenever I get an erection, everything seems fine at first, but when the foreskin pulls back, it gets painful cracks, and I've even noticed some bleeding. The area feels really dry and uncomfortable. We've tried not having sex for a bit, hoping it would heal, which it does, but then the cracks come back again when I pull the skin back during sex. I used some lubricant and coconut oil, which help a little bit, but the problem is still there. I've been married for a year now and never had this issue before. Any advice on what might be causing this and how I can fix it?
That looks like Phymosis donot retract your foreskin, visit surgeon for appropriate management
