View allI have been experiencing head spinning and numbness for the past 10 days. It started with a blackout after running. I consulted a doctor who checked my blood sugar and blood pressure, which were normal. He also examined my ears, found a blockage, and cleared it. He advised me to take Nurogold tablets and use ear drops. What could be the cause of my symptoms and should I undergo further tests?

I am having constant body fatigue and tiredness. I am feeling sleepy and less active all day. Is this due to the covid vaccine. I have attached my blood report from November. Do I need to take one now?

My latest blood report shows that I have low Vitamin B12 at 102 which should be above 211 and a high uric acid level of 9.5 which should be below 7. I need to know if I can take a Vitamin B12 tablet called Cobal 500 mcg Mecobalamin to increase my Vitamin B12 levels.
