My report shows Vitamin B12 level at 169 and Vitamin D3 level at 14. I have been experiencing symptoms like inflammation around the anus and general body discomfort. I started treatment with five doses of Eldervit 12 injection and two doses of Arachitol 6L. Although the symptoms improved, some of them have returned. I am also taking Caldikind Plus one tablet daily, Neurobion two tablets daily, and Uprise D3 once a week. I would like to know how many more doses I should take and when I can expect complete relief from all symptoms.

Your B12 and D3 levels are low, which explains the symptoms. Complete the full injection course before retesting. Supplements should continue until levels normalise.

My nerve conduction test report came back normal, but I have vitamin D deficiency. Please suggest what additional tests I should undergo to identify the exact cause of these symptoms, along with any treatment recommendations. Thanks in advance.

My wife, age 34, underwent pituitary tumor surgery 3 years ago. Her recent blood report shows Vitamin B12 is 927 pg/mL, hemoglobin is 10 g/dL, and PCV is 31 percent. She has been experiencing heavy gastric issues that do not subside even with medications like PPIs. Additionally, she has an enlarging fibroid. Her weight is 67 kg and blood pressure is 90/70 mmHg. Could you please advise how to reduce the heavy gas and manage her gastric discomfort effectively?

My Vitamin B12 is 163, which is below the normal range. I am experiencing tingling, numbness, weakness, shortness of breath, fatigue, tiredness, and body pain. I have taken Vitcofol 6, 2 ml injections over the last 10 days. My questions are: Which tests can I do to check iron levels, as I suspect low iron may be causing low hemoglobin? How can I alleviate these symptoms, and how many more B12 injections might I need, considering I am on PPI for GERD, which caused these issues? I may need to continue PPI for a few more months as GERD is almost resolved. I would also like tips to increase my hemoglobin and RBC levels.
