Diabetes is diagnosed with blood sugar tests (fasting glucose, HbA1c). Urine sugar may give a clue but is not confirmatory. Please consult with a doctor for proper diabetes testing.

As per my blood report, GHb (HbA1C) is 10.3. Does this mean I am diabetic? Can it be reduced? I have never had any symptoms of diabetes.
