I'm experiencing this weird sensation starting from my chest up to my throat, almost like a gargling feeling. There's a lot of post nasal drip and now my whole throat is super irritated. It's giving me this intense nausea that makes me gag a lot, sometimes over 20 times. It happens every few months and it's so bad that I can't keep anything down. As soon as something hits my throat, it just comes back up. Any advice on how to deal with this?

The combination of post-nasal drip, gagging, and nausea sounds incredibly uncomfortable, but with the right management, you can start to see relief. Its crucial to figure out the underlying cause (allergies, GERD, sinusitis, etc.) so you can target the treatment appropriately. If this is a recurring problem, seeing an ENT specialist or a gastroenterologist might help pinpoint the exact cause and provide a more tailored treatment plan.
