I'm experiencing some pain in my throat that's been going on for about two weeks now. It only hurts when I swallow saliva, but not when I'm eating or drinking anything. That could be twitching just ignore it that will adjust on its own,if it's bothering you much you can apply hot sponge on it to relax it.
