I have a pilonidal sinus and need to get it surgically removed. Are there any surgeons in Mumbai who specialize in cleft lift surgery for pilonidal cysts? I really don't want to go for closed or open wound surgery only cleft lift. Any recommendations would help since I need to figure this out soon.
