View allI've just turned 19, and I'm a girl who weighs only around 36-40 kgs. It feels like no matter how much I eat or how properly I do it, my weight just doesn't seem to go up. It's getting really frustrating because I'm looking really slim and can't figure out why. Could there be something else going on that I should be worried about?

I'm a bit concerned because my vitamin D3 level is really low, at just 10. Ive started taking 60,000 IU every week to try and get it back up. Does this sound like a good plan to improve my levels? And if it works, what kind of change should I expect in my vitamin D3 levels after using it for 8 weeks?

Is tea good for diabetics?
Research suggests that green tea, turmeric tea, hibiscus tea, cinnamon tea, lemon balm tea, chamomile tea, and black tea may improve insulin sensitivity and offer impressive antidiabetic effects. Hence, they can be included in diet. Milk sugars are carbohydrates, particularly lactose, is not good but milk fats are good for diabetes. Hence, you may consume milk seperately in moderation but it is better to not add in tea.
