How successful is DNS nose surgery and what are the risks? Can a deviated nasal septum be fixed without surgery or is surgery the only option? I'm worried about complications and wondering if there are non-surgical treatments that actually work

I've got a pleomorphic adenoma on my left parotid gland again since 2010. I recently went through Sonography, FNAC, and a CT Scan, and they all say it's still there. Everything else around it seems normal, thankfully. My doctors are advising me to go for a Parotidectomy. I'm feeling a bit unsure and worried about this. Could anyone offer some guidance on what I should consider before making a decision?
The most common treatment for a parotid gland adenoma is surgery to remove the tumor, a procedure called a parotidectomy

I was using a cotton ear bud and now the cotton part got stuck in my ear canal! The stick came out but the cotton's still in there and it's starting to hurt a little. Any idea on how I can safely get it out?
Visit your ENT doctor immediately to remove it,don't make any attempts by yourself to remove it.
