From the last month or so, I've been having a sore throat, and when I checked in the mirror, I could see that the right side of my palatoglossal arch is red and a bit swollen. There's also a small white spot behind it. Is this just an infection or could it be something more serious? Google mentioned soft palate cancer, and now I'm really worried.
