How successful is DNS nose surgery and what are the risks? Can a deviated nasal septum be fixed without surgery or is surgery the only option? I'm worried about complications and wondering if there are non-surgical treatments that actually work

View allFrom the last month or so, I've been having a sore throat, and when I checked in the mirror, I could see that the right side of my palatoglossal arch is red and a bit swollen. There's also a small white spot behind it. Is this just an infection or could it be something more serious? Google mentioned soft palate cancer, and now I'm really worried. Could you give me some guidance on what's happening? I've attached a picture for reference.
That could be Pharyngitis no need to worry consume warm foods and visit ENT doctor for appropriate treatment.

I'm dealing with some serious nasal congestion because of a fever, and it's really bothering me. But that's pretty much the only issue I'm facingno other symptoms at all. I've heard about Otrivin nasal spray and was wondering if it's safe to use in this situation. Would you recommend it for helping with my stuffy nose?
