I accidentally took two Dolo 650 tablets in the span of three hours. Should I be worried about any side effects from the paracetamol?

Can you tell me what the Widal test is? The doctor wanted me to do this test because I had a continuous fever, but my malaria test was negative. The result came back as 1320, but I haven't been able to meet the doctor since the test. I took this test about two weeks ago. I'm not sure what this means.

I've had swollen lymph nodes for almost three weeks, but I otherwise feel healthy and can't figure out why they're swollen. I've been to my GP and had an ultrasound and blood test, but I'm still waiting on results. I do have anxiety, and it's stressing me out that my lymph nodes have been swollen for so long. Any idea why this could be happening or how serious it might be?

I'm feeling a bit worried. So, I was having some trouble swallowing and the doctor prescribed me Aziwok 500 once a day and Calpol twice a day for 5 days. It's been 2 days, and my throat's feeling better, but now I'm running a fever of about 101. Should I be concerned or do anything specific about this?
