I am attaching my blood test report. Please suggest what I can do to bring the values to normal. My belly and chest fat are increasing even though I do not consume fast food or oily foods. Please advise a diet plan and lifestyle changes I should follow?

Since the past week, I have been waking up with a dry mouth and pain in both ears. Over the last three days, I have also experienced slight fever, runny nose, and headache. Could this indicate a more serious health problem? Additionally, my doctor prescribed Atorcor 20 mg daily for 3 months to reduce cholesterol, but I have been taking it irregularly. My cholesterol is around 250 to 270 mg/dL. Should I continue this medication regularly?
