My LDL cholesterol is 185.5 mg/dL. How can I lower it naturally at home, and do I need medication?

LDL above 160 needs lifestyle change, above 190 may need medicine. Eat oats, garlic, exercise daily. Recheck after 6to8 weeks. Do Lipid Profile regularly.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test or Take a Lipid Profile Test Test

Could this indicate a more serious health problem? Additionally, my doctor prescribed Atorcor 20 mg daily for 3 months to reduce cholesterol, but I have been taking it irregularly. My cholesterol is around 250 to 270 mg/dL. Should I continue this medication regularly?

I recently underwent a lipid profile test, and my results show that my VLDL cholesterol is 67 (normal range is 7 to 40) and triglycerides are 335 (classified as high, with a range of 200 to 499). I would like to understand what these results mean, whether they indicate harmful levels, and what steps I should take to address them. I have attached the report for your detailed review.
