I am experiencing severe hair fall. It first started with itching and hair loss, so I consulted a doctor. She prescribed Allegra, Momate lotion, Scaboma lotion, and a tablet called Bandy Plus. She also advised me to do some tests, including Vitamin B12, Ferritin, Vitamin D, Thyroid, and CBC. My reports came back normal, and while the itching has stopped, the hair fall continues. I am not sure what is causing this. What should I do next? I am attaching my CBC report for your review.

If vitamin and thyroid levels are normal and itching has stopped, persistent hair fall may be telogen effluvium or stress related. A dermatology consult and ferritin test may help.

I am suffering from severe hairfall. My front scalp is almost visible now and even a slight touch causes hair to break. I have been on medicines but have had no results and hence want to try PRP.
