I am a kidney transplant patient. I am suffering from throat allergy and having fever of 99. My creatinine level is 0.9 and urine report is normal. I also have back pain. Is this serious or not?

Fever and throat symptoms could be early infection. Since you are immunosuppressed, even mild symptoms require prompt evaluation. Back pain could be musculoskeletal or referred from infection.
