I am a kidney transplant patient. I am suffering from throat allergy and having fever of 99. My creatinine level is 0.9 and urine report is normal. I also have back pain. Is this serious or not?

Hi Sir or Madam, I was having a little cough sensation on the first day and the next day I immediately developed fever, shivering, and headache. My 4 year old daughter X ray report shows prominent pulmonary bronchovascular markings. Her abdominal scan shows enteritis, cystitis, and subcentimetric lymph nodes in the mesentery. She has been experiencing frequent episodes of fever, cold, cough, and abdominal pain over the past two months. Currently, her breathing is very noisy.
