I am suffering from a very minor fever-like tendency for about a week. It goes away with PCM and sometimes without taking it. The temperature is very minor and gives a normal reading, but I feel very inactive because of it. I did my routine health check up 2 weeks ago and the blood report was quite normal. I do not know what has caused this problem?

My mother, aged 52, was recently admitted to the hospital and received treatment for fever. The final diagnosis mentioned enteric fever and acute febrile illness. Her blood report shows a white blood cell count of 12,300 cells per cumm and a platelet count of 5.38 lakhs per cumm. I would like to understand what this could indicate. I got my blood test done today, and after receiving the report, I noticed that only my lymphocyte count and ESR are outside the reference range. My lymphocyte count is 48, and my ESR is 28. I would like to know if this is something to be concerned about or if I need to take any medication for it.
