I did a pregnancy test, and it is positive. However, I am experiencing mild cramps on both sides of my lower abdomen and some backache. What could be the reason for these symptoms?

Cramping in early pregnancy is often normal. Watch for severe pain or bleeding. Early scan ensures no ectopic pregnancy. Avoid stress and heavy work. Do a Serum beta hCG and Pelvic Ultrasound.

View allHello doctors, I had my periods on 18th June. I am on Normoz DS for PCOD. My periods are generally irregular and 10 to 15 days late. I am trying to conceive. I checked for pregnancy at home and the tests were negative on both 23rd and 27th July. Please advise what I should do. I am also having a throat infection and the doctor prescribed Augmentin. Is it safe if I am pregnant? I am very scared regarding my periods as well.
