Symptoms suggest mild UTI or prostatitis. Watery sperm could be due to low sperm concentration or frequency. Urine culture and semen analysis are needed. USG KUB can be done if severe.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease, and I have been managing it accordingly. However, since November, I have noticed the presence of white bubbles or foam in my urine, especially in the morning.
