Symptoms suggest mild UTI or prostatitis. Watery sperm could be due to low sperm concentration or frequency. Urine culture and semen analysis are needed. USG KUB can be done if severe.

Hi Doctor, for the past five days I have been suffering from a urinary infection. The doctor at the nearest hospital advised me to undergo a urine routine and culture test. The routine test came out normal, and the culture report is still awaited. Meanwhile, I had an ultrasound done, which suggested cystitis and an ovarian cyst on the right side. I am yet to consult the doctor with these reports tomorrow. I am experiencing nocturia and feel my bladder is full even after urinating. Frequent urination is very annoying. I am currently taking Zenflox 200. Please suggest what should be done?
