I fell during a cricket match and had internal bleeding, got an MRI that shows a near complete tear in my anterior cruciate ligament. It's been about a month and a half at home, and I still can't bend my knee fully only partially. What's the success rate for treatment, and how much would surgery cost?

For a near-complete ACL tear, surgical reconstruction is generally recommended for individuals who are active and want to return to sports. The success rate for ACL reconstruction is high, with studies reporting a 80-90% success rate. The cost of ACL surgery in India can range from ‚Çπ80,000 to ‚Çπ2,50,000, depending on factors like the type of reconstruction, graft used, and the hospital.

View allmy son has been diagnosed with Osgood-Schlatter disease in his left knee and I'm really worried about how serious this is does it usually cause long-term problems what kind of precautions should he take to manage the pain and prevent it from getting worse also will he eventually need surgery for this condition
Osgood-Schlatter is usually self-limited. Avoid jumping/running, apply ice, and stretch the quads. Rarely needs surgery unless fragments dislodge or symptoms persist into adulthood.

Just had surgery yesterday and I'm feeling okay but wanted to know if it's safe to play games on my PC now or if that could cause any issues with recovery
Monopoly, Scrabble, Uno, and chess are a few good options. There are many online versions of classic games that you can play with friends even when they're not with you. You can also play with experts online and sharpen your skills

My 12-year-old cousin has a slightly curved spine and sometimes gets leg pain is surgery the only option for her or are there other treatments we should consider?
For mild scoliosis, physiotherapy and monitoring are preferred unless worsening; surgery is rarely first-line.
