I finished my anti-rabies vaccine series on August 7, 2017, but its only been 15 days and I'm bitten by a dog again. Do I need to get vaccinated once more? The dog had its shots in June 2017. Can you advise?

I've been tested for VDRL and RPR, and both came back negative, but my TPHA result was positive with a titer of 1160. I haven't had any lesions, rashes, or other symptoms, and this is my first time testing positive for syphilis. I've done the VDRL test four times in the last two years, and they've always been negative. Can you tell me which stage of syphilis this might indicate and if a titer level of 1160 is something to worry about? What would the treatment be?

Consult a healthcare provider: It's important to discuss your results with your doctor. They can confirm whether you have latent syphilis and guide you through the necessary treatment. Possible further testing: Your doctor might order additional tests or monitor your condition to see if there are any signs of active infection. Even though you're not showing symptoms, treatment is crucial to prevent complications and transmission to others.

I've been feeling really off for the past two weeks. My thermometer readings are normal, but Im still experiencing feverish chills and shivers. I did some blood tests like complete blood count, C-reactive protein, and malaria, but everything came back normal. I also had the typhi dot IgM test, and it showed a weak positive. Can you help me understand what a weak positive means in this context? I'm attaching my report for reference.

Hey, I recently had an HIV exposure and it's been about 22 days now. I went for an HIV proviral DNA test and it came back as non-reactive, which is a relief. But, I've started noticing some acne on my chest. Could this be an early symptom of HIV infection? I'm a bit worried and would love to hear your thoughts.
