I got my nose pierced about two weeks ago, and now there's a little red skin that's popped up around the piercing. I tried putting a neem stick in it. What should I do to help it heal? Is there something else I need to try or watch out for?

View allI'm really worried about my face. A couple of years ago, I got mango acid on my skin, and now I've got these small black pits. They are all over my face and I'm not sure what to do about it. I'm feeling pretty self-conscious and wondering if there's any treatment that could help improve my skin?
The scars and hyperpigmentation from mango acid exposure two years ago can be challenging to treat, but consider consulting a dermatologist for professional advice; they may recommend treatments like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser therapy to help reduce the appearance of scars and dark spots, and also prescribe topical creams or serums containing ingredients like vitamin C, niacinamide, or retinoids to promote skin brightening and collagen production.

I'm really struggling with this issue where my testicles have a strong, unpleasant smell, and I've noticed this yellow layer on my hair. I've tried everything from washing to shaving, but it just keeps coming back, especially in the summer. My skin around that area seems damaged too. What can I do to fix this?
_Possible Reasons for Thigh Changes_ 1. *Muscle Imbalance*: Repeated dry humping might have led to overdevelopment of certain muscle groups, causing an imbalance. 2. *Poor Posture*: Frequent pressure on your thighs and legs might have affected your posture, leading to uneven muscle development. 3. *Genetic Factors*: Natural growth patterns and genetic predispositions can influence body shape and muscle distribution.
