I got my report today, and my SGPT is 185 while my SGOT is also high at 70. What does this mean. Is it harmful to my liver or does it indicate any problem.

These levels are high and may mean liver inflammation often due to fatty liver, alcohol, or medication. Avoid oily food and alcohol. Follow up with your doctor and repeat the tests after 2 to 4 weeks to monitor if levels improve.
Dr. Vasanthasree Suggests...
Take a LIVER FUNCTION TEST (LFT) Test or Take a ACUTE HEPATITIS VIRUS EVALUATION I (HCV TOTAL ANTIBODIES, HEV IgM , HBsAg, HAV IgM , HBc IgM ) Test

I have also been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and high blood pressure during this pregnancy. Could you please advise if these liver enzyme levels are concerning and what I should do next?
