Hi. I have just found my blood test report and noticed some abnormalities in liver and kidney tests. AST SGOT is 53 U per L, ALT SGPT is 71 U per L, GGTP is 84 U per L, and alkaline phosphatase ALP is 144. Please help me. Is this an issue? Do I need to visit a doctor for this?

I recently had a liver function test. My ALP level is normal, but ALT and AST are elevated. I am also experiencing mild pain in the upper right abdomen, with no other symptoms. I do not consume alcohol, do not smoke, and have no history of diabetes, high blood pressure, or serious family illnesses.
