I want to ask if he needs urgent medication on the basis of his blood report for liver? He also has a breathing problem and uses an inhaler?

If liver enzymes or bilirubin are elevated, further evaluation is needed. Combined with breathing trouble, this may point to systemic illness. A complete review by physician is needed.

View allMy blood report shows normocytic normochromic cells with macrocytes and ovalocytes, and my liver enzymes are elevated (SGOT is 55.9 U/L, SGPT is 61.9 U/L). Could this indicate that I am suffering from any disease? Is this reversible, and is there a chance that I might have hepatitis? Please advise.

The liver is enlarged, measuring 17.5 cm. No dilated PV or IHBR is noted. There is a thin walled large anechoic cyst in the right lobe measuring 10.5 x 9.3 x 9.6 cm3. No membrane or daughter cyst is noted. Platelets are low at 68,000/cu mm. RBC and WBC counts are also low. My question is, what is the solution to this problem? Is it risky? Please answer me.
