I'm a vegetarian and I don't live at home, so it's tough for me to get a proper diet. Because of this, I'm worried I'm not getting enough vitamins. I started taking Zincovit. A family doctor once suggested I take a B-complex vitamin since I use antacid pills regularly. Is it safe to take B-complex vitamins alongside my antacid, and if so, could you recommend a good brand of B-complex that I should be looking into?

maintain regular diet and avoid excess use of antacids

I'm really confused about my situationI've been feeling weak for the past two weeks. When I went to the doctor, they said it's likely a viral infection. But I'm also dealing with congestion in my head and ears, like there's something similar to a cough. After five days of taking meds, nothing's changed. The doc suggested a blood and urine test; everything came out normal except my S Typhi O levels, which are 1160 positive. Does this mean I have typhoid? I'm not running a fever, though, my temperature is just around 97. Could this still be typhoid even without a fever?

Based on your symptoms and the positive result for S Typhi O, it is possible that you have a mild form of typhoid fever. Even though you do not have a high fever, a positive S Typhi O test result at 1:160 indicates exposure to the bacteria that cause typhoid. It is important to complete the full course of antibiotics as prescribed by your doctor to ensure the infection is completely cleared. Additionally, make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest to help your body recover.
