I had a boil on my penile shaft and I popped it, but I'm still feeling pain there. Now there's also another pain that started just above the penis on the right side near the bladder area. I'm really worried about this. What could be going on?

After popping a boil on your penile shaft, persistent pain, along with new pain near the urinary bladder area, may indicate a potential infection, abscess, or inflammation of the surrounding tissues; it's essential to consult a urologist or a dermatologist promptly to assess the situation, as untreated infections can lead to more severe complications, such as cellulitis, epididymitis, or prostatitis; expect a physical examination, potentially followed by diagnostic tests like urine analysis, ultrasound, or imaging studies to determine the cause and guide appropriate treatment.

View allI've been feeling this odd heat in one of my testicles for the last couple of days, almost like a mild inflammation, and it's starting to worry me. Could you let me know what's going on?
It sounds like you might be experiencing mild inflammation or discomfort in your testicle. This could be due to various causes like infection, inflammation, or injury. I recommend seeing a doctor for a proper evaluation to rule out conditions like epididymitis or orchitis and to get the appropriate treatment.

I'm really worried because when I'm with my partner, I can only last about 1 to 2 minutes in bed, and it's really making them unhappy. I was wondering if there's any medicine or something that can help me increase my time during sex?

How much does prostate surgery cost under CGHS rates and do I need to get permission from a government hospital before going ahead with the procedure
Prostate surgery costs under CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) vary depending on the type of surgery and hospital. You do need to get a referral from a government hospital before proceeding with the surgery, although the process is simplified for CGHS beneficiaries. Cost: Holmium YAG Prostate surgery: Approximately Rs 65,000 (for NABH hospitals). High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) (Robotic): Around Rs 220,000 for carcinoma prostate. Other Procedures: Costs for other types of prostate surgery (e.g., optical internal urethrotomy, core through, stone lithotripsy, bladder tumor) are also listed within the CGHS rate list
