I had ear drum hole surgery about 4 years ago but for the last two years, I've been dealing with constant itching inside my ear. Could this be related to the surgery or something else? It's really bothering me and I'm not sure what to do about it

Itching in the ear after eardrum surgery, especially if it persists for two years, could be due to several factors, including a recurring infection, skin irritation, or even nerve sensitivity. It's important to consult with an ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) specialist to determine the cause and appropriate treatment, as it's not normal for itching to persist this long after surgery.

I'm curious about something that's been happening to me. Every time I sneeze, I end up with throat pain and my voice changes, but it all seems to go back to normal by the next day. Do you think this might be some sort of infection?

Some throat discomfort and watering from nose and eyes is normal after a powerful sneeze reflex.
