I had fistula surgery 6 years ago but the problem is back again for the past year with pain, swelling, and pus or blood discharge. I'm thinking of getting laser surgery this time to fix it for good can you recommend a good clinic or doctor for this?

It's understandable that you're looking for a reliable solution for your recurring fistula. While laser surgery is a viable option, the best approach for you will depend on the specific nature of your fistula and your individual health history. Consulting with a qualified colorectal surgeon is crucial to determine the most suitable treatment plan

View allI had laser surgery for piles and fissure on 29th September but still haven't passed any stool only gas and some bloody discharge. Is this normal or should I be worried? What can I do to ease this?
After laser surgery for piles and fissures, it's not uncommon to experience delayed bowel movements or mild discomfort. If you're concerned, consult your surgeon for advice. You can try fiber supplements, warm baths, and stool softeners to help ease discomfort.

Its been a couple of days since I've noticed something like a pimple near my anus. It really hurts when I sit, and I figured it might be a pimple because theres some swelling. Do you think it could be something else, and what should I do about the pain? Any advice would be really helpful.
U can use Anovate cream, lignocaine jelly for local application for 2 weeks, sitz bath is also advised, if any side -effects dermat opinion is advised

I've been dealing with anal fissures for the past few days, and it's gotten really itchy. Luckily, there's no pain yet. I'm wondering if seeing a dermatologist is the right move for this type of issue. Do they handle anal fissures, or should I be looking at another kind of specialist?
