I had fistula surgery 6 years ago but the problem is back again for the past year with pain, swelling, and pus or blood discharge. I'm thinking of getting laser surgery this time to fix it for good can you recommend a good clinic or doctor for this?

It's understandable that you're looking for a reliable solution for your recurring fistula. While laser surgery is a viable option, the best approach for you will depend on the specific nature of your fistula and your individual health history. View allI had surgery to remove three hemorrhoids about a week ago and have been resting, but I've noticed some dry mucus leaking with a bad smell. Is this normal after the procedure, and what can I do to stop it?
While some discharge after hemorrhoid surgery is expected, dry, smelly mucus leaking could indicate a potential complication like infection. It's important to consult your surgeon as soon as possible to rule out complications and receive appropriate treatment.

I've had anal fissures for about 3 months now and my gastroenterologist recommended sucralfate ointment. But now I feel like there's a muscle-like fissure near my anus and the doctor is suggesting surgery with a one-day hospital stay. Is surgery really the only option here? Are there any other treatments that could work? I've heard about Ayurvedic treatments would those be a better choice for healing this?
Fistulectomy is advised, also surgery opinion is advised.
