I've been having a lot of swelling and really bad pain in my perineum and one side of my anus. I can feel this firm lump near the anus opening and the whole perineum area is super swollen and firm too. It's incredibly painful and sometimes I get the chills and a fever from all the pain. I've been taking paracetamol to help a bit, but the pain just keeps coming back when it wears off. It's been like this for three days now, and it's just getting worse. I tried sitting in hot water and it gives some temporary relief, but I'm worried. What could this be and how do I treat it?

View allI'm dealing with these recurring anal fissures, and it's really uncomfortable. Right now, they're not active, but I'm worried about them coming back again in the future. I've heard Ayurveda can help, and I'm interested in treatments that might stop this from happening. Any advice on what to try?

I've had an anal fissure at the 6 o'clock position for the last two months and been using laxatives and ointments. There's also some external bulging at 11 o'clock, but my doctor said it's normal due to the fissure and constipation. Will this heal with just medicine or will I eventually need surgery? I'm currently doing ayurvedic treatment too.

I've got this 12-inch soft skin lump hanging around the wrinkle part of my anus, and it's been there for over a year. It's flesh-colored and hasn't caused me any discomfort at all. I'm just wondering, will this lump eventually go away on its own, or is it likely to just stick around?
