I had gallbladder removal surgery two months ago and now I'm getting headaches is it okay to take paracetamol or should I avoid it after the surgery

My tailbone area has pus leaking out and it hurts when I sit I think it's an infected pilonidal sinus. Are there any treatment options that don't involve surgery? The pain is making it hard to go about my day.
