I had a hypospadias surgery and another procedure to remove extra skin and reshape, but it didn't work out. What are my options now? Has anyone else faced this and what did they do?

I have a short frenulum and I'm worried it might cause issues during sex in the future. Should I consider getting surgery for this or are there other options I should know about?
