I had laser surgery for a fistula and am currently recovering. I've been using lignocaine, but today I noticed a small hump-like bump near my anus that doesn't hurt. What could this be? Will it go away on its own?

I'm a couple of days post-operation for piles and now I'm dealing with a fever, along with some cold symptoms and body pain. Is this something that just happens sometimes, or should I be worried that it's more serious?

Bathing after eating fruits like mango and banana is generally safe. No specific gap is required, but consider: 1. _Digestion time_: Wait at least 30-60 minutes after eating to allow for digestion. 2. _Blood sugar levels_: Fruits like mango and banana can cause a temporary spike in blood sugar. Bathing shortly after may lead to: - Dizziness - Lightheadedness - Shivering To be cautious: 1. Wait 1-2 hours after eating fruits before bathing. 2. Take a warm shower instead of a cold bath to avoid shocking your system. No serious health issues will arise from bathing after eating fruits. However, being mindful of digestion time and blood sugar levels can ensure a comfortable bathing experience.

Homeopathy says it can be cured with just medicines, but I still have this thick skin layer outside my anus from a chronic fissure that's causing trouble. They strongly advise against surgery, but I'm not sure what to do. Is surgery really risky? What are the possible side effects? I'm scared to go through with it but the discomfort is getting hard to handle.

side-effects include pain,bleeding,infection and headache.

Which type of anesthesia is used for laser fissure surgery general or local? I'm a bit nervous about the procedure and want to know what to expect in terms of pain and recovery

General anesthesia might be considered in some cases, like complex situations or if you're anxious. Laser surgery is generally less painful than traditional surgery and offers a faster recovery
