my doctor said i need surgery for an anal fistula but i was wondering if homeopathy can help heal it without surgery

Small fistulas without an infection will often close on their own and may take 30–50 days. However, more severe fistulas that drain may cause infection in the surrounding skin and organs. If the drainage leads to sepsis, a doctor will usually recommend surgery to repair the areas of drainage.

The gas puts pressure on my heart, and I have to strain during bowel movements. I had a VSD heart surgery back in 1999. I've been dealing with a recurring fistula or abscess for the past two years it goes away for a few months but keeps coming back. I really don't want surgery, and while a recent round of antibiotics during dental treatment cleared it up temporarily, the issue returned. What could be causing this cycle, and are there other treatment options besides surgery?
fistulectomy is advised,sx opinion.

I'm really worried because my husband and I tried anal sex recently, and it was super painful the first time, so I had to stop. Now, the next day, I've noticed a fleshy lump around the wrinkles of my anus, and it's really painful. It's messing with my normal activities. What should I do about it?
