my doctor said i need surgery for an anal fistula but i was wondering if homeopathy can help heal it without surgery

Small fistulas without an infection will often close on their own and may take 30–50 days. However, more severe fistulas that drain may cause infection in the surrounding skin and organs. If the drainage leads to sepsis, a doctor will usually recommend surgery to repair the areas of drainage.

View allI'm kind of worried because it's been a month since I had surgery for my anal fissure. They did both a fissurectomy and lateral internal sphincterotomy, but I'm still seeing blood sometimes when I poop. It seems to happen right at the end, just when I think I'm done. Do you think this bleeding could be related to piles? I'm a bit scared and would love some guidance on what might be going on.

What treatments work best for piles and can they be cured without surgery
Piles, also known as hemorrhoids, are swollen veins in the anus and rectum that can cause pain, itching, and bleeding. While not always cured without surgery, several nonsurgical treatments can effectively manage symptoms and reduce the size of piles. These include dietary changes, topical treatments, and medical procedures like rubber band ligation and sclerotherapy. Surgery is often reserved for severe cases or when nonsurgical treatments are not effective

I've been diagnosed with piles and have three hemorrhoids plus a fissure. My doctor recommended laser surgery but I'm worried about it coming back is surgery really necessary or can they shrink on their own over time?
While some hemorrhoids might shrink on their own, having three hemorrhoids plus a fissure often requires more than just self-care. Laser surgery can be an effective treatment option, but there's always a risk of recurrence, which is why understanding your individual situation and discussing it with your doctor is crucial. The Clinic at Beverly Hills explains that while laser surgery is effective, there's still a possibility of recurrence
