I had laser surgery for piles and fissure on 29th September but still haven't passed any stool only gas and some bloody discharge. Is this normal or should I be worried? What can I do to ease this?

I've been dealing with piles for the last 3 months where this vein-like thing keeps coming out when I go to the bathroom and I have to push it back in. Surgery isn't an option for me are there any tablets or sprays that can help shrink this thing so it stops popping out?

I'm really worried and wondering if what I'm dealing with is a hemorrhoid. It started itching really badly after I had anal sex without using any lube, and as soon as we were done, I felt uncomfortable. Will fistula surgery affect my sex life in the long run I'm 25 and scheduled for the procedure but worried if things will go back to normal after recovery or if there will be any changes
