I had a left upper ureteric obstruction with hydronephrosis and a dilated left upper ureter, and my left Pelvicalyceal system is also dilated. A stent procedure a few months ago didn't help are there other treatment options besides open surgery? Also, how can I keep this from happening again in the future?

View allI'm concerned about the size of my penis because it feels smaller than it used to be. I used to think it was long enough, but now I'm not so sure. I masturbate regularly, but not as often as I used to. Can you help me understand what's going on and if there's a way to make it bigger?
To address your concern, focus on overall penis health rather than solely pursuing enlargement methods; regular masturbation is normal, but excessive frequency may lead to temporary size fluctuations; consider maintaining a balanced lifestyle, including a healthy diet, regular exercise, stress management, and adequate sleep; also, be aware that there's no scientifically proven method to significantly increase penis size, and beware of unverified claims or products promising enlargement.

I've been noticing that some of the nerves on my penis have been swollen over the past couple of weeks. They feel kind of hard, almost like there's a blockage. Normally, it doesn't hurt, but I do feel pain when I press on them or during any sexual activity. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it considered normal?
it seems abnormal which needs evaluation visit urologist for evaluation and appropriate management.

I'm a 29-year-old guy and haven't been sexually active since 2014, and when I did, it was with protection. But I do masturbate regularly, probably around 2-3 times a week. Lately, I've noticed this clear, jelly-like substance at the tip of my penis during urination that has no particular smell, but it does burn a bit. This happened once before, about 20-25 days ago, and I brushed it off. There's no swelling or other symptoms, but it's kinda worrying me. Could you shed some light on what this jelly-like stuff might be and whether it's cool to have unprotected sex in the future?
