I had a minor fracture surgery on my left leg at nulife hospital last week and everything seemed fine with my reports during the operation, but now I'm feeling breathless when I try to sleep. What could be causing this and what should I do about it?

I've been using Budamate 400 for my whooping cough for about six days now, but my doctor never mentioned anything about gargling after using it. Lately, I'm experiencing a dry mouth and my throat feels kind of suffocated. Can you help me figure out what might be causing this and what I should do about it?

My dad's been diagnosed with pulmonary TB, but it was kind of a surprise because he didn't show the usual symptoms like a persistent cough or weight loss. His weight is 47kg and he's 78 years old. We began AKT4 treatment, and everything seemed fine for the first five days. But by the seventh day, he had really bad nausea, vomiting, and extreme weakness. When we got him to the hospital, they found his sodium and potassium levels had tanked. They've suggested stopping AKT4 for a couple of days until his levels stabilize, then restarting with a slightly lower dosage. Is it okay to pause and adjust his meds like this since it's still the early stage of TB and there isn't much lung damage?

I'm three months into my TB treatment and I've got my AFB and GeneXpert reports here. Could you have a look at them and let me know if everything seems okay? Also, what's the usual outcome for an AFB Culture test after three months of treatment? I'd really appreciate your input!
