I've noticed I tend to take deep breaths pretty often. Is it normal or healthy to do so all the time? My breathing rate is about 15-16 breaths per minute. What do you think?

View allMy brother was diagnosed with lung TB in 2021, and after completing treatment, he was clear. But then, just six months later, he got affected again, this time with Pott spine TB. As his family, were worried about whether we might need to get checked too. Ive already done an ESR blood test, and it came back normal, but should we still go for TB screening? Whats your advice on this?
yes check it once

I'm feeling a bit concerned because I've been having this stubborn dry cough and chest pain that just won't go away. It's been sticking around since I caught a cold about four weeks ago. Sometimes it's not too bad, but other times it gets really severe. I saw an ENT who gave me some antibiotics and syrup to try for five days, but there's been no change. The doctor mentioned something about needing a blood test if things dont get better after this. What could be causing this? Should I be worried about needing further tests, or is this just a common thing after a cold?
yes do a blood test ,- complete blood count, CRP

I'm curious about something that's been bothering me. Every time I laugh really hard, I end up coughing a lot. Could this have any link to feeling short of breath when I'm exerting myself? It's starting to make me worried, and I just want to understand what's going on.
