I'm really worried because I've been dealing with a cough, fever, and breathing problems for the past three months. I've been to the hospital and they said it's pneumonia, but even with the medication, I don't feel any better. Can you tell me what the best treatment would be?

View allI'm having some trouble with a bad cough since yesterday, and now I'm experiencing more chest pain. Today, it's even getting hard to breathe, and there's a wheezing sound when I breathe. My sputum has turned yellowish-green, and I'm breathing rapidly. It's really uncomfortable, and I've never had any history of asthma before. Could this be asthma or just an allergic reaction? What should I do? Please help me figure this out.

I'm 21 and a couple of weeks back, I had a sore throat and cough. I took some antibacterial meds for a few days, but now I'm still coughing around 4-5 times a day with phlegm. The phlegm looks like what's in the picture. I feel fine otherwise, no other symptoms, but I'm a bit worried. Any idea what's going on?
