I'm really worried because I've been dealing with a cough, fever, and breathing problems for the past three months. I've been to the hospital and they said it's pneumonia, but even with the medication, I don't feel any better. Can you tell me what the best treatment would be?

I've been experiencing this slight breathlessness for the past few days, like I constantly need to take deep breaths every few seconds. Occasionally, there's also a mild pain in my chest. I saw a local doctor who thinks it might be Air Hunger, maybe from exertion or anxiety, and he suggested I try some energy boosters. I'm a little worried it might be something more serious. Should I be more concerned or is this something not too serious?
do ECG AND CHEST X RAY to rule out serious issues

So Ive been checking my oxygen levels with an oximeter and it seems to start at 96 but then drops to 88 within just a couple of minutes. Im not showing any symptoms and I havent tested positive for COVID. Should I be worried about this or could it just be that the oximeter isnt working right?
Better to check with other oimetres,if its still showing the same get an ray doen and visit Physician for appropriate management
