Ive been having chest pain for a few days now and Im really worried. I want to find out how much TB and COVID have affected my chest. Should I just get an HRCT scan to check for both or is there another specific scan I need to do?

I'm a TB patient and I've been on medication for 66 days now. I'm still getting a fever every evening around 100 to 101 degrees. Could you check my reports and let me know how long this might continue? My chest X-ray is also included.

I'm worried about my dad because he's been dealing with this really bad fever, cough, and phlegm for over a week now. The doctor said it's BronchoPneumonia after looking at his test results. His CRP was 225, and both his chest x-ray results showed increased bronchovascular markings and prominent hila in the lungs. He's been on Augmentin 625 for five days, which seems to help since his fever dropped to 99 and CRP is now 51, but the x-ray looks the same. Is it normal for the x-ray not to show improvement yet? Should I be worried about something else, and how long does it usually take to see changes in the x-ray?

yes the treatment given is sufficient

Ive been dealing with chronic bronchitis and it's really been affecting my sleepI can barely get a good night's rest with the insomnia. Plus, I've been having chest congestion, indigestion, and even some internal bleeding. It's getting to the point where I need more and more oxygen, and I'm finding myself having to take big breaths through my mouth. Do you have any suggestions or info on how to manage these symptoms better? I'm getting pretty worried about my health.

life style changes , bronchodilators , mucolytics
