I'm really struggling with a severe cough and congestion, especially at night. It's gotten to the point where I'm coughing so much that I can't sleep. I've heard that Azithromycin tablets might help with this, but I'm not sure. Is Azithromycin a good option for these symptoms, or should I be looking into something else?

We've been taking ascoril ls, doxt t, and montaire LC, but it doesn't seem to help much. I've heard about getting an HR Chest CT Scan, and I'm wondering if I can get a doctor to prescribe it. Is it something we should consider?

I'm really worried about my dad. He's had coughing problems for the past few days, and he just did a Mantoux test which showed a 45 mm reading after 48 hours. Could this be a sign of tuberculosis?
