I had a small cut on my thumb from a stainless steel scrubber this morning and it bled a bit. I put a bandage on it, but I'm wondering if I need to get a tetanus shot. The last time I got one was back in February 2017. What should I do?

View allI'm a software engineer, and I have to commute 60 km a day, which leaves me feeling tired all the time. I've been considering taking Revital capsules to help with my energy levels. Is it safe to start taking them on my own, or should I consult a doctor first?
Revital Capsule contains ginseng extract, multivitamins, folic acid and various other minerals. It is considered safe for use without a physician's prescription. However, if you notice any symptoms developing after taking the medication, you may be allergic to one or more of its ingredients.

Why we should not drink water at night?
There is nothing as such. You can drink water at any time of the day.

I'm wondering if there's anything wrong with taking multivitamin supplements without a prescription. I'm an IT professional and generally keep a balanced diet, steering clear of oily junk foods and focusing on protein and veggies. But I'm concerned that I might not be getting all my vitamin requirements from my food. Would taking a multivitamin daily fill in those gaps?
