I had a total thyroidectomy surgery due to papillary thyroid carcinoma. It has now been almost 9 years. My recent test results are thyroglobulin less than 0.040 ng/ml, TgAB less than 10 IU/ml, free T4 20.82 pmol/L, and TSH 3.60. Is my report okay? I am currently taking 125 mcg Thyronorm. Do I need to increase the dose? Is my TSH high currently?

Tg level is appropriate post surgery. TSH of 3.6 is borderline high for a post thyroidectomy patient. Please take a repeat TSH and Free T4 to fine tune dosage.

My wife was diagnosed with multinodular goiter 1 year ago. Her thyroid report is normal. FNAC was also done. Some doctors are suggesting surgery while others suggest wait and watch.
