I had two periods in one month. My first period started on May 5th and then another one on May 20th. I'm trying to figure out when my fertile window might be. Could you help me understand this better?

The doctors in Srinagar haven't figured out the cause yet. Could you please help me understand what's going on?

I'm 41 with regular periods but sometimes get spotting around day 10 or 11. All my blood tests thyroid, prolactin, vitamin B12, CBC are normal, though my HbA1c is 6.1 and I have mild cholesterol. An ultrasound showed polyps, and compared to a scan two years ago, they've grown by 0.9 in size. Do they need to be removed? I'm not sexually active and have a 5-year-old daughter. Could these polyps keep growing, and is surgery necessary? Can I just monitor them for changes? What's the chance they could turn cancerous

I'm really worried after getting an ultrasound report which says my uterus is bulky and there's a hypoechoicovoid solid mass in the posterior uterine wall that's quite large at 42x31mm. There's also another similar mass, though smaller, about 16x15mm, in the anterior uterine wall. Could you explain what this means, and should I be concerned about these masses? What might this indicate about my health?

The ultrasound findings indicate that the uterus is bulky and contains two solid masses. One mass, measuring 4231 mm, is located in the posterior uterine wall, while another smaller mass of 1615 mm is found in the anterior uterine wall. These masses may require further evaluation by your doctor to determine their nature and appropriate management.
