I've been married for 3 months and just found out I have a 5cm chocolate cyst. Is there any way to treat it without surgery? I'm really worried about what this means for my health and future.

I'm really worried because I missed my period for 6 days and found out I was pregnant from a test. I tried taking pills to stop the pregnancy, but I messed up and took the second pill 24 hours after the first one instead of waiting 48 hours like it said. I only had thin bleeding for about 2 days. Now, I tested again and it's negative. Could you please help me understand what I should do to get my full period back?
