I'm 21 and currently a B cup are there any safe natural ways or medicines from ayurveda, homeopathy, or allopathy to increase breast size without surgery? Really hesitant about surgical options, so looking for alternatives.

You may have a Bartholin's cyst. I recommend using sitz baths to help reduce the discomfort and swelling. You can also use over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen. If the cyst becomes infected, antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin may be prescribed. If the cyst is large or causing significant symptoms, surgical drainage or removal may be necessary.
