I have a 2-year-old and just found out I'm 1 month pregnant. I'm considering abortion but want to avoid surgery are there other options for ending the pregnancy this early?

Medical abortion using pills is effective up to 6–7 weeks; consult a gynecologist for safe and legal options without surgery.

I've been dealing with vaginal prolapse that causes pain when I pee or poop, and it gets even worse during my period. Sometimes it feels itchy too. I'm 5'6 and weigh 82kg could my weight be making it worse? I really want to avoid surgery if possible. Are there exercises or lifestyle changes that could help reverse it? Also, I'd love to start aerobics or other workouts to lose weight, but I'm worried it might make the prolapse worse. What kind of exercises are safe to do with this condition?

In my opinion first you should consult a gynaecologist personally. That it is prolapse or not. We can't diagnose online.

I'm experiencing an odd itching feeling inside my cervix, especially after I pee. It feels like there's something else that needs to come out, and it's making me really uncomfortable. Could this be a sign of something I should be worried about? What could be causing it, and what should I do to get some relief?

The symptoms you're describing, including tickling, itching inside the cervix, and a sensation of incomplete urination, could be indicative of a cervical or urinary tract issue, such as cervical inflammation, vaginitis, or a urinary tract infection (UTI); consider consulting a gynecologist for a proper evaluation and diagnosis to determine the best course of treatment.
