I have a 2.6 cm dermoid cyst in my right ovary and some small PCOD in both ovaries could this cause problems later? Is it possible to manage this without surgery?

Yes, minimally invasive surgery is generally a good option. It usually results in faster recovery, less pain, and minimal scarring. However, final decision depends on imaging findings, symptoms, and your overall health—please consult your gynecologist.

My right ovary has a 7.5 cm endometriosis chocolate cyst and a 1 cm uterine fibroid. Is there any way to treat the hemorrhagic cyst without laparoscopic surgery? I've heard about GnRH agonist drugs to shrink endometriosis before surgery. My periods are regular, and I don't have pain except for frequent urination. I really want to conceive soon what are my options?
For a 7.5 cm endometriosis cyst, GnRH agonist drugs may help shrink it before surgery, but if you want to conceive soon, laparoscopic surgery might still be necessary. Discuss your options with a fertility specialist.
