I have a 3.8 cm stone and some smaller ones in my left kidney do I need surgery for this? And if yes, is it okay to wait until the first week of December or should I get it done sooner?

A 3.8 cm kidney stone and smaller ones in your left kidney likely require surgery. Waiting until the first week of December may not be advisable. Large stones (over 1 cm) rarely pass naturally and can cause severe pain, obstruction, or kidney damage. Early intervention is crucial, especially if you are experiencing pain, infection, or urinary tract obstruction.

View allI'm a bit worried about my left testicle because it hangs much lower than the right one and there's a burning sensation. I've read about bell clapper deformity and how it might lead to testicular torsion. Also, I've been diagnosed with bilateral grade 1 varicocele. I'm wondering if I might need surgery for this or if it can be managed with medicine. Could you help clarify this for me?

I'm worried I might have phimosis since I can't pull my foreskin back all the way. Are there any non-surgical ways to manage this? I really don't want to get circumcised what are my other options?
Yes, there are non-surgical options for managing phimosis. Topical steroid creams or ointments, combined with gentle stretching exercises, are often effective in softening the foreskin and improving retraction. In some cases, practicing good hygiene and using lubricants during sexual activity can also help manage the condition.

I've been struggling with low sperm motility (10-30) and bilateral varicocele grade 1 for five years, which is why we haven't been able to conceive. I've been taking Lineatormaxosal with coenzyme Q10 for two years, but my urologist now recommends varicocelectomy. I'm unsure which surgery would be better open varicocele ligation or laparoscopic. What are the pros and cons of each?
varicocelectomy is advised ...
