I have a 5.8 mm kidney stone on the left side and a 5.0 mm one on the right side can these pass naturally without surgery? What are my options for treatment?

I've been having this pain on the left side of my abdomen for about two weeks now. I'm a bit worried about some results I got from an ultrasound. It mentioned something called hydronephrosis on the right side, but it says the corticomedullary differentiation is okay on both sides. It also notes that the cortical parenchymal thickness is normal. There's a small calculus, like 9 mm, in the lower part of my left kidney. I'm not really sure what all this means. Should I be concerned about the hydronephrosis or the stone? Could this lead to something serious?
That Hydronephrosis could be due to Renal calculus and 9mm stone is significant and needs surgery,visit Urologist for appropriate management and also consume more water
