I've been masturbating about two or three times a week, and I'm worried if this could lead to impotency. I feel like my penis isn't as big as it was when I was 18, especially when it's flaccid. I can see nerves on it and also on the back of my hands. Does this mean Im getting weaker or is it normal? Am I doing it too often? Could this increase my risk of diabetes, because my mom has it?
Diabetes occur through hereditary also but not all the cases, and masturbation does not lead to impotent

I had kidney stone laser surgery a month ago and was regularly going to the gym before that. The anesthesia was given on my spine during the operation does it weaken the bones? Can I start going to the gym again regularly or are there any exercise limitations I should know about
Gymming after kidney stone treatment can be beneficial for your overall health, but it's essential to take it slow and follow medical advice. While it's tempting to jump back into your regular routine, easing into exercise will give your body the time it needs to heal.
