I have a 7.1x6.9mm epididymal cyst and noticed pus in my semen. I did a semen culture test and took meds but nothing changed. Are there other treatment options or would surgery be needed?

Given your persistent pus in semen despite antibiotic treatment for a suspected infection, and the presence of a 7.1x6.9mm epididymal cyst, further evaluation and potential surgical intervention should be considered. While antibiotics are the first line of defense against infection, if the pus persists, it could indicate a blockage or structural issue, potentially related to the cyst, that requires surgical removal (spermatocelectomy).

my son has two 4mm stones one in the kidney and one in the ureter near the bladder should we consider laser surgery or try home remedies like drinking lots of water with lime and citrus first the report says the kidney size and shape are normal with minimal dilation and a 4mm stone in the mid pole region plus a 4.4mm stone at the ureter junction no other issues were noted

conservative tt is advised.

Hey, I've been dealing with some issues for the past few years and I'm a bit worried about what's going on with my body. It started about four years ago with dark yellow urine and a burning sensation, sometimes it even looked cloudy and foamy. I'm not sure if it's dhatu rog or maybe a urine infection. Then after a year, I began to experience leg pain, muscle aches, and back pain, especially after sitting or standing for a long time. Now, things have gotten worse. My legs hurt all the time, and sitting on a chair makes it worse. I also feel a lot of rectum pressure, leg aching, and discomfort in the genital area, particularly between my testicles and the anus area with pain and burning. My urine feels oily too and there's constant rectum pressure, plus I often feel the need to pee urgently within 10 minutes. There's also this feeling of stomach fullness. When I sit on the toilet, my legs ache, my testicles get tight and swollen, and my penis feels very small with a burning sensation. Could this all be a vitamin D issue or something else? Any advice you can give would be helpful.

Kindly get your urine test done . and get back with result
