I have a 7mm lower ureteric stone and right now I'm feeling pain at the tip of my penis along with some burning sensation There's also mild pain in the upper bladder area but no kidney pain at the moment I'm taking dynapar lasix and alfoo tablets Do you think this stone can pass naturally or will I need surgery

A 7mm stone in the lower ureter might pass naturally, but it's not guaranteed. The pain you're experiencing, especially at the tip of your penis and burning sensation, could indicate a potential issue. pain can shift around as the stone moves through the urinary tract.

View allI'm feeling some discomfort in the area around my left testicle, but not directly in the testicle itself. It's not exactly painful, more like an uneasy feeling. Should I be concerned or get it checked out?
The uneasy feeling in the left testicle area, but not directly in the testicles, could be related to epididymitis, a groin strain, or a hernia; however, it's essential to consult a healthcare professional, such as a primary care physician or a urologist, for a proper evaluation, as they can perform a physical examination and potentially order imaging tests to determine the cause and recommend appropriate treatment.

Is there any effective treatment for varicocele besides surgery and if I go for the operation will it cause any long-term complications
Varicocele may be treated with scrotal support and supplements like antioxidants; surgery is curative and safe in most cases with low risk.

I'm 24 and have been experiencing some issues due to over-masturbation, like lower erection, semen leakage, and fatigue. I also find it hard to concentrate, and I feel like my strength is decreasing, which is messing with my mental state. I'm thinking about trying kohinoor gold plus and shilajit capsules to help with these side effects. Do you think they could be effective for someone in my situation?
